SATURDAY
- 7:30 am - 8:30 am: Pole Exhibitions
- 9:00 am: $1000 Added Poles Shootout (Approx. 50 runs)
- Open Poles to follow - all side pots will run together in the open draw
- Exhibitions pay at the gate if time allows
- 11:30: $3000 Added Youth Shootout (Approx. 50 runs)
- Exhibitions pay at the gate if time allows
- 1:00 pm: $10,000 Added Open Shootout (Approx 125 runs)
- Open Race 1 to follow - all side pots will run together in the open draw
- Sidepots: $1000 added membership race, 8 & under, Youth, Senior, Adult, Novice, High-stakes - Non Incentive horse $1000 Added
- Exhibitions pay at the gate if time allows

How to enter
Shootout Entries
- Anyone entering the shootouts must be paid by February 15th
- Entries will be taken via text 979-319-6325 - entries will receive a confirmation text following instructions on payment
- Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check
- Shootout refunds may be requested via email (info@levelupbarrelrace.com) prior to Jan 26th. Refunds will not be given in the shootouts after this date
- When pre-entering the shootout, if you are carrying over your times to Race 1, Race 2 or side pots - you may enter and prepay for those entries with your shootout entry.
- Shootouts qualifications belong to the rider (not the horse)
- Each horse and rider team can only enter the shootout 1 time
- A youth may run the same horse in both the youth shootout and open shootout or carry their time over
- Horses may be ran by any member
Carryovers
- Entries may carryover their times to the open races (Saturday & Sunday), membership race and other side pots.
All other entries
- All entries other than the shootout will be taken via text 979.319.6325 as normal
- Books open Monday before the race 10:00 am and close Wednesday 6:00 pm
- Enter as normal in the office cash only

Race
Draw
- Poles and Barrels Shootout draw will be posted at check-in Friday @ 3pm
- Youth shootout will be posted after the draw party Friday night
Holding pens
- Horses need to be in the holding during the drag prior to their run
- Horses must enter the alley through the holding pens and maintain forward motion
- Contestants will have a 2 min time limit to enter the arena
Dress code
- All contestants running in the Shootouts must in full dress code. (Hat or helmet, long sleeve and boots)
